All-Electric Ford E-Transit in Newport Isle of Wight
With up to 166-196 mile range† (WLTP TEST RESULTS) and a 15% to 80% charge taking as little as 34 minutes, the All-Electric E-Transit delivers, literally. It’s powered by a 68kWh battery, with an 11.3kW onboard charger and support for 115kW DC charge speeds. The All-Electric E-Transit battery delivers an impressive range of up to 166-196 miles† (WLTP test results. 196-mile WLTP Overall Range reflects a combined driving cycle and 166-mile WLTP Extra High range reflects motorway driving)* on a full charge.
The panel van is available in three body lengths and two roof heights offering 9.5m3 to 15.1m3 of cargo space, but a double cab in-van and single chassis are also available. The result of all this is a 100% electric van your fleet can adopt with no compromises in range or practicality. Trim grades include Base and Trend. Base kicks things off with a 12” SYNC 4 touchscreen a heated windscreen and keyless start. Trend adds front and rear parking sensors, cruise control and lane-keeping assistance. The FordPass Pro app lets you pre-heat the cabin and control door locking remotely, and new customers get one year’s access to the FordPass Charging Network. Pro Onboard Power turns the All-Electric E-Transit into a mobile power source with up to 2.3 kW - ideal for powering tools on the go.
Design
Smart and professional, the All-Electric E-Transit is ready for work. The van’s capacious cabin hosts an enormous 12” touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Three lengths are offered, with GVM’s of 3.5 tonnes, 3.9 tonnes and 4.25 tonnes.
Drive
No vibration. Zero emissions. Instant torque. A better way to drive. The All-Electric E-Transit is 100% electric and built to deliver. A range up to 166-196 miles† (WLTP TEST RESULTS) and a choice of two power outputs (181bhp or 266bhp) ensure there’s a All-Electric E-Transit for every fleet.
Practicality
The panel van has load volumes from 9.5m3 to 15.1m3 and a payload capacity up to 1,758kg ‡ - suitable for heavy equipment. You can also specify a double cab in-van and a chassis cab, which is ideal for conversions and towing a bodied trailer.
Living with it
Recharging costs significantly less than refuelling, with a 15-80% charge costing around £8 at work or home[***]. You’ll also enjoy 40% reduced maintenance costs, with tyres and brakes (discs, pads, fluid) the only major serviceable components.

All-Electric Ford E-Transit Important Information
[†] Based on 390 Series L2 H2 with full charge and 56mph speed limiter. Estimated range using Worldwide Harmonised Light Vehicle Test Procedure (WLTP). Figures shown are for comparability purposes and should only be compared with other vehicles tested to the same technical procedures. Actual range varies with conditions such as external elements like temperature, driving behaviours, route profile, vehicle maintenance, and lithium-ion battery age and condition. 166-mile WLTP Extra High range reflects motorway driving and 196-mile WLTP Overall Range reflects a combined driving cycle– both tests are conducted in controlled conditions with an ambient temperature of 23 degrees Celsius and no climate or electrical load.
[‡] Max payload available on 425 GVM Medium Wheelbase, Medium Roof E-Transit Van. [*] Figures subject to change. Officially homologated energy efficiency figures will be published closer to on-sale date. Targeted range and charge time based on manufacturer tested values and calculation according to the WLTP drive cycle. Actual range varies with conditions such as external elements, driving behaviours, vehicle maintenance, lithium-ion battery age and state of health. [***] Reduced running costs on E-Transit assumes a fuel cost per kilometre of c.4pence vs equivalent Diesel at c.12p. Calculation uses the WLTP Fuel and Electricity consumption figures of an E-Transit vs a Diesel Transit and fuel costs of Diesel £1.36/Litre and Electricity 15p/kWh (At August 2021).
